In each session, I guide participants through a combination of meditation techniques, self-hypnosis training, and practical skills that you can use immediately in your daily life. My goal is to empower you with tools that work—not just during our time together, but long after each session ends.

I've designed these sessions to be held via Zoom so that you can participate from anywhere in the world, in the comfort and safety of your own space. You'll see and hear me and the other participants (cameras are optional if you prefer more privacy), creating an intimate group experience without ever having to leave home.

Each online group session is thoughtfully structured to maximize your learning and healing:
We begin with grounding and connection—checking in, creating safety, and setting intentions for our time together. Then I'll introduce and teach a specific technique or skill, explaining how it works and why it's effective. Next comes the experiential portion where I guide you through the practice—whether that's meditative hypnosis, guided visualization, breathwork, or self-hypnosis techniques. You'll actually experience the transformation, not just learn about it intellectually.
After our practice, we have time for integration and sharing. You can ask questions, share insights, or simply sit with what you've experienced. Finally, I'll give you tools and practices to use at home until our next session, so your growth continues between meetings.
